Needed documents to apply for a rental
If you want to rent a house through Rick Real Estate, you must meet the following requirements:
- At least a net income of 1,500 euros per month. (May vary per property)
If you have an employment contract:
- Three payslips
- Three bank statements similar to this
- A signed statement from your employer
- A copy of the employment contract
- A copy of your passport or I.D.
If you're self-employed:
- IB-60 form (tax statement) for the past two years.
